6" x 6" x 1 5/16" MGO Nail Base SIP panel sample with 12 mm MGO skins. 1# minimum density EPS non-toxic, non-flammable foam treated with borate to eliminate termites and carpenter ants in the SIP system.

Nail Base panels can be ordered with 1# or 2# density EPS foam. The thickness of the EPS can be specified by the client from 1/2" thick up to 12" thick, as required by the client to meet the specific needs of the project. They can also be manufactured with Neopore additive in order to increase the R value 20% over standard EPS Foam. Clients can specify MGO Nail base SIP skins with 8 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm and 25 mm MGO panel skins.
