6" x 6" x 1 1/2" SIP panel sample with plywood skins. 1# minimum density EPS non-toxic, non-flammable foam treated with borate to eliminate termites and carpenter ants in the SIP system.

The plywood nailbase panel is available in 4' x 8' size with your choice of EPS Foam thickness up to 12". EPS foam can be provided with 1 or 2 pound density foam per the clients specifications. Neopore can be added to the EPS to increase the R-Value of the panel by an additional 20%. Clients have the option to order plywood nail base panels with 5/8" plywood or 3/4" pressure treated plywood skins for an additional cost.
