INSTRUCTIONS:
For proper adhesion, bonding surface must be dry and free of debris, dust, dirt, frost or ice. It is advisable to use a stiff brush or scraper to remove loose particles of OSB from the bonding surface prior to application. Always check adhesion and chemical compatibility with any new substrate.
• Gradually peel back the release liner and begin applying short sections using hand pressure and working from the center out to avoid wrinkles. Overlap the tape 2”-3” at the tape joints for a tight seal.
• Use a SIP-SEAL 45 Durometer Roller to work the tape into the surface and ensure that the edges are properly bonded.
• If tape does not adhere, additional site-specific measures should be taken to assure proper adhesion.
• Cut and overlap every 15’ or less
